Central to our design-led philosophy is the reality that people actually live in (and around) the apartment and townhouse spaces we create. 

 

Making spaces that people call home is a responsibility we take seriously.  Each floor plan is designed from the inside out, from the perspective of how it feels to be in the space.  The result is meticulously planned homes that priorities natural light, outlook, privacy, and orientation. The design process balances the desire for flowing open plan living areas with the need for more private sleeping, study, and WFH spaces. The form our projects take then, in essence, follows the feeling of the spaces we create through our meticulous and rigorous floor planning process.
